A 2-4 player trading card game built on poker-inspired deception.
Build totems of worship and tarot cards around your chosen legend. Worship cards are played face down, forcing your opponent to decide if you are bluffing or telling the truth. Destroy your opponent's totems and lie like your life depends on it.
Nice to meet you (you can find me in the Discord if you want to chat). I played NLHE live cash games for a living for years, primarily in Maryland Live! and the Borgata in stakes as high as $25/$50. With no TCG background, I wanted to make a bluffing-based game that felt completely unique and not derivative of other games, so I made TOTYM having never played another trading card game in my life.
Every card is based on our own original concepts and created by human artists. No AI-generated images. We believe in human creativity and it will stay that way as TOTYM grows.
A well played starter deck can beat a poorly built custom deck. While booster packs do contain rare and powerful tarot cards, no amount of money can replace a well executed strategy.

Draw 2 cards from your Temple. Use your creature's blessing for unique abilities. Play a tarot card for powerful gameplay effects (destroy, shuffle, discard, draw, and more).
Play any card as worship, face down. A fully built totem could be built on false worship, and it's up to your opponent to decide.
Once requirements are met, attempt to lock your totem. An opponent who suspects a bluff plays an imposter card to challenge it. A correct call collapses your totem into the Ruins, and a wrong one hands you the choice: collapse one of that opponent's unlocked totems, or make them discard their entire hand.

Was lost in our local corn maze but thankfully I had brought Brax with me! Using his amazing escape artist skills, he lead me out with no problems! And even if you never get lost in a maze, Brax is the squishiest most huggable squeezy friend ever.
So soft and has beads on the bottom to make it easier to sit up :)

As always great products! So close to finishing my masterset of genesis (1 card away) that I'm going to do a second masterset of both genesis and sketch relic. Picture is of dahlia probably my favourite artwork in the whole set. Love the simplicity of it.
Finally completed my Totym plushie set. I was very undecided about Luna but once I received the plushie, I feel in love with how well made she is how incredibly soft she is and how she has such character..💙
Totym cards are really well made and the holos are beautiful. Love making sets and subsets of the new Genesis set. Always fun to try and find the chase cards and the discord community is amazing with their trading and encouragement. I will always buy more.
Each player keeps one active creature in front of them, and its worship requirements set how both totems are built. It also carries an immunity and a blessing that can be used once per turn and never runs out.
Worship cards fill the totems on either side of your creature, and they come from 5 clans: Berserkers, Druids, Bards, Zealots, and Mystics.
An imposter challenges a totem at the moment the lock is declared, and if the worship underneath turns out to be fake, the whole totem collapses into the Ruins.
Split between Major Arcana and Minor Arcana, tarot cards carry the game's effects and disruptions, and they sit face up in your totems to help meet the five-card minimum lock requirement.
Relics are promo cards for collectors that feature early sketch artwork or alternate creature art.

Booster packs are optional randomized packs of cards that contain rare and holographic versions of cards that cannot be found in starter decks. They are perfect for collectors who want to master set, and also for players who want to customize and improve their starter decks.
Easy to learn but it takes time to develop advanced strategy. TOTYM basics can be learned quickly in under 5 minutes, but the only way to improve and get better at advanced strategy is by playing real games.
1st Edition print runs are marked by a unique 1st edition logo on all cards, which will not be included on future print runs. This ensures that the cards you purchase today can be distinguished from those printed in the future.
