Refund policy

TRADING CARD EXPECTATIONS

Please note that we do not guarantee cosmetic perfection, mint grading results, specific card pulls, rarities, or other randomized product outcomes. As with any manufactured product, especially trading cards, there can be cosmetic variations such as misprints, scratch marks, scuffs, print lines, edge wear, or other surface imperfections. These can occur during any of the stages of manufacturing, including printing, cutting, sorting, randomizing, packaging, and transit, and while we hold ourselves to a high standard and believe our customers deserve the best quality products, these variances are unfortunately unavoidable when cards are produced and handled by both humans and machines. While we will continually work to minimize these issues, we cannot guarantee that every card will arrive in flawless condition, but we will make our best efforts to ensure the quality of our cards is as high as possible and we will continue to strive for improvements with each print run.

 

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If your order arrives with items that are missing, materially incorrect, or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos, videos, product information, packaging information, or other documentation may be required to evaluate a claim.

All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. TOTYM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, deny, limit, or otherwise resolve any replacement request.

Replacement requests may be denied for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Insufficient evidence of the reported issue
  • Claims submitted outside the required reporting period
  • Normal manufacturing, printing, packaging, or cosmetic variations
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, modification, or normal wear and tear
  • Issues that do not materially affect the intended use of the product
  • Suspected fraud, abuse, or attempts to circumvent these policies

Cosmetic concerns relating solely to display, grading, collection, resale, or investment purposes do not qualify for replacement.

If a claim is approved, TOTYM may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement products, replacement components, store credit, or another reasonable remedy.

SEALED PRODUCT AND PACKAGING CONDITION

Product packaging is intended primarily to protect the contents during shipment and storage. While we make reasonable efforts to deliver products in good condition, we do not guarantee that sealed product packaging, outer boxes, shrink wrap, display boxes, booster boxes, or similar packaging will be free from cosmetic damage.

Dents, creases, scuffs, corner wear, shrink-wrap imperfections, or other cosmetic packaging defects that do not materially affect the contents of the product do not qualify for replacement, refund, or exchange.

TOTYM reserves the right to determine whether any reported damage materially affects the intended use of the product.

REFUND POLICY

Trading Cards:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for trading cards, booster packs, starter decks, promotional cards, and other trading card products. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, and the risk that returned products could have been tampered with, resealed, altered, searched, substituted, counterfeited, or otherwise compromised, we do not accept returns of trading card products regardless of whether they are opened or appear to be sealed.

All Other Products:

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return or exchange anything, for any reason, contact us using the website contact form. Returns must be pre-authorized via email. Returned items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.
